Thai Peanut Curry Sauce

~1 ¼ cups
2 tablespoons Thai green or red curry paste
1 teaspoon Natural Grocers® Brand Bulk Organic Coconut Sugar
1 cup Natural Grocers Brand Organic Original Coconut Milk
2 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Peanut Butter

1. Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan.

2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
