Our editorial panel of health and nutrition experts bring you original content that you won’t find anywhere else and that is tailored to your wants, needs and interest. Enjoy! 

Monthly Sale Items: Each month we reduce the price of literally hundreds of items throughout the store. We feature about 100 each month in the good4u Health Hotline magazine but believe there are hundreds more that you can find marked down in the store while you’re shopping. So, check out the g4u HHL magazine and get your shopping list together and put your shopping shoes on to find the best deals in the business each month at your local, neighborhood Natural Grocers store. 

Monthly National Events: Each month there is a limited-time sales event with special discounts on select items. Sometimes there is also a sweepstakes, freebie, or other special offer associated with the event. Check with your local stores’ Crew members or in the Health Hotline magazine to learn more.

Occasionally we feature a coupon, that is only received in the mail.
