8 Natural Grocers® Brand Regenerative Organic Pasture-Raised Eggs, hard boiled and cooled
1⁄2 cup avocado-oil mayonnaise
1 1⁄2 teaspoons Natural Grocers Brand Organic Dijon Mustard
3⁄4 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Ground Black Pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Paprika
1⁄2 teaspoon Natural Grocers® Brand Bulk Real Salt
1 tablespoon organic pickle relish
1 organic green onion, diced
1 stalk organic celery, diced

1. Peel and cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and dice the whites into ¼-inch pieces.

2. Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings until smooth and creamy.

3. Fold in the whites and remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined.

4. Serve over salad greens, in a lettuce wrap, or on bread for sandwiches.
