Hi there, neighbors—it’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m Gustavo the Guinea Pig—a happy member of the Natural Grocers Brand clan since 2025. My mission is to entice your tastebuds with a most delicious discovery—Natural Grocers Brand Peruvian Chips! But before we dive into the crunchy adventure, I’d love to share a few fun facts about me and my favorite snack.

• You might think a potato is a potato. But did you know that over 4,000 types of native potatoes are cultivated in the high-altitude regions of Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru?! The last country is where these Natural Grocers Brand Chips originate.
• My favorite chip-eating tips: Our Kettle Potato Chips are mind-blowing when layered into a sandwich. Dipping the Sweet Potato Chips in garlic aioli is tastebud heaven. And I adore making friends at a potluck while sharing a bag of Cassava Chips.
• Do you know why July 16th is a very important day? It’s Guinea Pig Appreciation Day! Join me for a party in the chip aisle this July 16th, pals.
• Here’s another cool fact about yours truly! We GPs (guinea pigs) can hear better than you (assuming you’re a human reading this, wink wink). Humans can detect frequencies up to 20,000 Hz—we guinea pigs hear up to 46,000 Hz!
