Optional Toppings
organic lime zest , (for pineapple)
Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Ground Cinnamon and/or Organic Ground Cardamom Seed , (for stone fruit)
Organic lime zest, Natural Grocers Brand Bulk salt, and/or Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Chili Powder (for watermelon)

1. Choose and prep your organic fruit. Cut pineapple into rings. Halve the stone fruit and remove the pits. Cut watermelon into 1-inch thick triangle slices with the rind attached.

2. Prep your grill by heating it to medium-high and scrubbing the grill grate thoroughly.

3. Brush the pineapple all over and brush the cut side of the stone fruit lightly with melted coconut oil or ghee. If desired, sprinkle a little coconut sugar over the cut sides of the fruit.

4. Place fruit directly on the grill grates, stone fruit cut-side down, and grill for 3-5 minutes, or until the flesh has just begun to caramelize and there are nice grill marks. Turn each piece of fruit over and grill on the other side for 2-3 minutes, or until fruit is just tender.

5. Serve as is or sprinkle with optional toppings and ice cream, vanilla yogurt, whipped coconut cream, or cream cheese mixed with a little honey.
