Mango Macadamia Balls Recipe

Everyone loves a little bite of sweetness, and that’s exactly what these Mango Macadamia Balls provide! One bite is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth with the tang of mango and the richness of macadamia nuts, while hemp and sesame seeds provide some crunch. Pack in your lunch box for a decadent end to your midday meal.

Makes 18 Balls
1⁄2 cup chopped Natural Grocers® Brand Bulk Organic Dried Mango (tip: use kitchen shears to quickly snip large pieces)
1 cup Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Macadamia Nuts
2 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic White Sesame Seeds
1⁄3 cup Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Fine Shredded Coconut
2 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Hemp Seeds
1 teaspoon minced organic ginger
2 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Raw and Unfiltered Clover Honey
4 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Fine Shredded Coconut (for rolling the balls in)

1. Cover a large plate or baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place all ingredients (except for the coconut for coating the balls) into a food processor and pulse until ingredients are crumbled and hold together when compressed.

3. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and compress, roll into a small ball and place on parchment-lined plate. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

4. Add the topping coconut into a small bowl and roll each ball to coat. Place the balls back on the parchment paper.

5. Refrigerate until firm, approximately 1 hour. Keep uneaten balls in the refrigerator.
