This presentation will explore how to make a variety of Japanese tea, discuss the health benefits of Japanese tea, and a short demonstration of the Japanese Tea ceremony. Attendees will be taste testing a variety of Japanese teas. Tea cultivation and Japanese tea culture will also be discussed.
