Allen Lalumia is the Nutritional Educator and Health Coach for Natural Grocers in Bend, Oregon. He graduated from World Medicine Institute in Honolulu with a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. While in school, he specialized in Tuina Bodywork, Acupuncture, and disorders of the nervous system. Our kind of store! All the produce is organic, no need to check the labels. They have a great selection of grass-fed, free-range meats, organic/natural frozen foods, organic/natural packaged foods, etc. They are a bagless store so bring your reusable bags or re-purpose one of their cardboard boxes. Great atmosphere and very friendly employees. We will be regular shoppers once we move to Bend.
