Smoothie Bowl with Granola

This smoothie bowl, made with frozen fruit, banana, and milk, is icy-cold, thick, and creamy and perfect for eating with a spoon.

4 smoothies or 60-ounces
2 cups Natural Grocers® Brand Frozen Organic Blueberries, divided
2 cups Natural Grocers Brand Frozen Organic Strawberries
2 organic bananas, peeled
3 cups organic milk of choice
1 (10-ounce) bag Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Classic Granola
Optional ingredients
Natural Grocers Brand Organic Grade A Dark Maple Syrup
Natural Grocers Brand Multi Collagen Peptide Powder
Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Sliced Almonds

1. Set aside ¼ cup frozen blueberries to use for topping.  

2. Add the rest of the blueberries, the strawberries, banana, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth. If desired, add maple syrup to taste and collagen powder according to the package serving size instructions.

3. Once blended, pour into four bowls and serve topped with the remaining blueberries, granola, and optional sliced almonds.  

4. Eat with a spoon and enjoy.
