Kim's Fast And Easy Meatballs With A Kick

Meatballs are quite fast to make when you broil them! Make extra and warm them in a crock pot for another meal.

8
2 pounds grass fed beef, or ground bison/buffalo, venison, elk, yak, or ostrich
1 Natural Grocers® Brand Organic Pasture-Raised Egg, beaten
1⁄4 cup unsweetened ketchup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Natural Grocers Brand Organic Coconut Aminos
1 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Real Salt
1 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Garlic Powder
3 organic green onions, sliced
1 organic jalapeno pepper, minced and seeded
  1. Set oven to high broil. Use a broiler pan or line a bar pan (make sure it has raised sides) with aluminum foil, then place a cooling rack inside the bar pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients in order shown. Use your hands to create meatballs that are about the size of golf balls or smaller. The smaller they are, the faster they will cook.
  3. Place meatballs on pan. Broil on high for 10 – 12 minutes or until meatballs are slightly browned.

Option

Make the meatballs in advance. Then warm them in a crock pot with a couple tablespoons of water to eat later!
