Homemade Gluten-Free Croutons

2 cups
gluten-free bread, cut into cubes (approximately 2 cups of ¾-inch cubes)
3 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Natural Grocers Brand Bulk seasonings
3⁄4 teaspoon Organic Garlic Granules
1 teaspoon Organic White Onion Granules
1⁄2 teaspoon Real Salt, or to taste
3⁄4 teaspoon Organic Ground Black Pepper, or to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 375° F and lightly grease a sheet pan.

2. In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil and butter over the bread cubes, ensuring even coverage. Sprinkle with the seasonings and toss until well combined.

3. Spread the bread cubes on the prepared sheet pan, ensuring all pieces have space around them for even toasting.

4. Bake for 6-8 minutes, remove from oven and toss. Bake for another 6-10 minutes, or until the cubes are cooked evenly and golden brown. Cool before using.
