Lisa Scott graduated from Texas State Technical College, Waco, Texas with an Associate of Applied Science in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering. She then graduated from Tarleton State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science, and graduated from Hill College with an Associate of Science, with a focus on Holistic Wellness in nutrition, herbs, and health coaching.

Before working for Natural Grocers, she had her own business providing people with nutrition education in the form of classes, magazines, and teaching people how to make healthy herbal and food products for themselves. Her passion for life is teaching people how they can be in control of their health and showing them how to accomplish it.

When not in the Natural Grocers store, you may find Lisa reading, gardening, sewing, canning, knitting, or just sitting quietly enjoying the birds.
