Jeffrey Russell graduated from Park University with an Associate of Science degree in Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Jeffrey also graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. As a retired Chiropractor, he has spent many years helping others through Chiropractic care and nutrition. Jeffrey has a passion for assisting people through nutrition education, so that they may make better informed choices about their health. Jeffrey also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and camping. As a Nutritional Health Coach for Natural Grocers, he can better serve individuals in the local community through nutrition classes and individual coaching sessions for a higher quality of life.
