Daveed Aranda graduated Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physiology. As part of his bachelor’s degree, he is also certified as a Maharishi Ayurveda Wellness Consultant. A major focus of the degree is on Ayurvedic Sciences and understanding this ancient tradition’s views on diet, lifestyle and herbal medicine for optimizing overall health. After college, Daveed worked in an Ayurvedic Wellness Spa, providing health consultations and Ayurvedic treatments. In his coaching sessions, Daveed emphasizes meaningful lifestyle, nutrition, and herbal education with balanced physical activities to help support healthy change for each individual. When he’s not working, Daveed loves spending time exploring the outdoors, being an involved father and painting landscapes.
