Dana graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of North Texas. This is where her passion for helping and empowering people came to life. Once Dana decided to focus on her own health, she developed a passion for health and well-being. She became a Certified Health Coach after graduating from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  In her free time, Dana enjoys working out, being outdoors in nature as much as possible, and getting creative in the kitchen with fruits, vegetables, and other healthy ingredients!
