Bethany received a Bachelor’s in Health & Wellness from Ashford University in San Diego, in addition to studying Dietetics at NDSU. Her studies focused on both nutrition education and helping others to achieve their personal goals. Bethany has worked with people of all ages in long-term care, clinical, and non-profit healthcare settings it was from these experiences she was able to find her passion for helping others. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn about health and wellness and is very motivated to aid others in their journey to finding balance in their lives-nutritionally, physically, and emotionally. When not at Natural Grocers you can find Bethany outside enjoying the sunshine, cooking new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.
