Aubrey received her certification as a  Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutritional Therapy Association. In her previous career working with a non-profit, she saw the dire need of nutrition education in many at-risk communities throughout the nation. She partnered with organic urban farming developments to educate communities on health, as well as provide nutritious produce to neighborhoods that are considered to be food deserts. Aubrey desires to help her community understand that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be difficult, and everyone deserves an opportunity to learn about health and wellness. When not at Natural Grocers, you can find her taking walks, going for motorcycle rides, camping and spending time with friends.
