Aimee Coe graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science/Human Nutrition.  She then went on to graduate school to study Food Microbiology.  In 2016 she returned to school at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, where she received her Health Coaching Certification.  She has done nutritional consulting work for South Dakota Dairy Council and has taught weight management classes in an institutional setting.  Her love of nutrition education started as a teenager, reading pioneers in the field such as Adele Davis.  Aimee was a figure skater in suburban Chicago where she grew up and began coaching as an adult.  Her other interests also include swimming, running and anything adventurous!
