Details:

This is an introductory class into the farm to table aspect of incorporating grains in your diet. Jeremy, a regenerative agriculture farmer, will share the details of growing organic and regenerative grains from soil to harvest. Sarah will share the benefit of grains, the differences of wheat varietals and how to prepare them by boiling and fresh milling for adequate necessary nutrients.  Guests will enjoy a fresh milling demonstration and a sample snack.
