Turkey Cheeseburger “Muffins”

Made with ground turkey, mustard, ketchup, relish, and cheese, these burger muffins are the perfect grab-and-go option for busy weeknights or tasty tidbits for weekend parties.

1 tablespoon Natural Grocers® Brand Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for greasing the muffin tin)
1 cup Natural Grocers Brand Organic Ketchup, divided
1 small organic onion, finely diced
1⁄2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
1⁄4 cup organic pickle relish
1 tablespoon gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
1 large Natural Grocers Brand Regenerative Organic Pasture-Raised Egg
2 teaspoons Natural Grocers Brand Organic Dijon Mustard
3⁄4 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Garlic Granules
1⁄2 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Real Salt
1⁄2 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Ground Black Pepper
2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup Natural Grocers Brand Organic Mexican Blend Shreds

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 

2. Use the olive oil to grease a 12-cup muffin pan.

3. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup ketchup with the remaining ingredients until well combined. Divide the mixture in half and form into six meatballs, and place one in each muffin cup. Repeat with the other half of the mixture until all 12 cups are full. Brush tops with remaining ketchup.

4. Transfer to the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, until lightly browned on top and the inside temperature registers 170° F on an instant-read thermometer. Remove from the oven and place the turkey muffins on a serving platter. Serve hot.
