Heather graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition science. She went on to complete a dietetic internship at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.  She has worked in various capacities in the research field, from sports nutrition to women's Nutritarian health. Heather's passion is to support people to take responsibility for their wellness and help them move towards vibrant health - mind, body, and spirit. When not in the Natural Grocers store, you can find her reading a book and enjoying the sun!
