Amy graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.  She went on to acquire a Masters of Education in Deaf Education, from Boston University in Massachusetts. She has worked in a variety of service and education capacities around the world. At the same time, she developed a personal passion for nutrition and culinary skills to support her own wellness. She recently honed her skills by studying Integrative Nutritional Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, New York.  When not in the Natural Grocers store, you can find her enjoying the sunshine on her shoulders, or trying a new recipe!
