In this class Chef Karen will explain how incorporating more whole food plants into our daily diet can have rapid and profound effects on our waistlines and longevity! Starting with the basics of what is and isn't part of a whole food, plant-based diet, we'll cover topics such as calorie density, plant-based proteins, the importance of fiber, how to read a label, and more! Each class will end with a plant-based dish!
