I will demo making a high protein, low calories, clean ingredient dish that you can use for multiple different meals.  Example: Turkey meat with veggies for tacos or taco salads.  Then show the few ways you can do dinner.  Then once prepped I'll show how taking the leftovers can be used to make a yummy family brunch.  Easy, quick, and healthy!
