Kelsey received her certification as a Nutrition Therapist Master from Nutrition Therapy Institute in Arvada Colorado. Her journey with nutrition started by working for Natural Grocers. While working in the vitamins department, she quickly learned her passion for nutrition and helping people. When Kelsey isn't in the office she enjoys reading and getting out and connecting with nature with her dog.
