Raspberry Butter

1⁄4 cup fresh raspberries
1⁄4 cup raspberry jam
1 stick , organic butter
  1. Cut butter into slices and soften at room temperature in a mixing bowl.
  2. When butter is soft enough to easily mix, add jam and mix well with a hand mixer.
  3. Add fresh raspberries and gently mix by hand.
  4. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator, and use within 5 days.

 Note: Other fruits may be substituted for raspberries.
