Partnership Program Discount Terms and Conditions:
*To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be a current Mayo Clinic employee who has registered for the Mayo Clinic’s PerkSpot employee discount program. Natural Grocers-Rochester (located at 1507 Greenview Drive SW, Rochester, Minnesota 55902) is the only Natural Grocers store participating in the Program (Participating Store). Employees may not take advantage of the Program at any other Natural Grocers store.
Mayo employees enrolled in the Program will receive a discount equal to ten percent (10%) off the total purchase price of all products purchased at the Participating Store. The Program Discount may only be applied to in-store purchases and may not be used to purchase gift cards or redeem cash. To receive the Program Discount in connection with any purchase at the Participating Store, employees must present their Mayo Clinic employee identification card to the cashier at the time of purchase. The Program Discount will be applied after any price reduction arising from your participation in Natural Grocers’ {N}power® customer appreciation program. Natural Grocers, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to: (i) modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you; (ii) change, modify, suspend or terminate the Partnership and/or the Partnership Discount at any time, without notice to you; and (iii) suspend or terminate your participation in the Partnership if Natural Grocers determines that you have breached these Terms and Conditions or have taken any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. Natural Grocers will be the sole determiner in any case of suspected abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any decision made by Natural Grocers relating to any termination or suspension of your participation in the Partnership Program will be final and binding in all respects.
