Details:

The first session covered basics of sleep hygiene and physical causes of sleep disturbance. This session will focus on how an imbalanced stress response keeps us awake. The fight/flight/freeze stress response is critical for survival and optimal function. It can also drive sleep disturbance. Come learn causes of imbalanced stress response, and techniques to balance the stress response for restful sleep.
