Ayurvedic Cooking for Summer

Details:

The heat of summer can be felt around and within us, perhaps reflected as inflammation or irritability. While a cool beverage may help create balance, so can certain foods, spices, and methods of cooking. This class will review some basic tenants of Ayurveda to help make sense of how the outer world is reflected in our inner environment. A cooking demonstration (with provided recipe) and food sampling is included.
